Upper Canada Village and The Village Store invite all artisans to apply to the expanded Third Annual Upper Canada Marketplace in historic Upper Canada Village on the shores of the beautiful St. Lawrence River.

Each year The Village Store receives numerous requests from artisans to display and sell their wares at Upper Canada Village. This juried marketplace will be the sole opportunity for artisans to have their work selected and featured in The Village Store at Upper Canada village.

All of the artisan's work will be judged by a panel. The panel will be selecting items that will best suit the Upper Canada Artisan section of The Village Store. The items will be selected and judged based on the following criteria (but not limited to):

• Design value
• Artistic & creative value
• Quality
• Exceptional impression
• Local crafts persons /artists
• Village Store Fit
• Retail price points
• Originality

This event will be advertised in local and regional newspapers, media releases and via the Internet. www.uppercanadaartisans.com

Artisans must sign in at the Family Activity Centre before setting up. Booth location and number will be given when you sign in.

JURYING:
Applicants must submit 4 pictures - 3 pictures of your current work and 1 picture of your booth setup. Label each picture with artist's name, wholesale pricing and media type.

BOOTH FEE:
Each booth space is approximately 8' x 10' and includes two chairs and one 8' table. The cost is $125.00 per space plus taxes. Make check payable to St. Lawrence Parks Commission. Extra tables and chairs are available for an additional fee. Tables will be - $10.00 ea. and chairs will be $3.00 ea. plus taxes.
